Event Arrival Time
You may start entering the festival grounds at 10:00AM on Friday, September 2nd.


Age Requirements
All guests under the Age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian. Ages 12 and under are free. All guests over the age of 12 must purchase a ticket.
 

Wrist Band Info
You will receive your wrist band upon check in at gate. Please have your ticket ready to be scanned. ​

Alcohol
We will have two bars on the property. No outside alcohol will be allowed inside an area that has a bar. The map will clearly label the areas where outside alcohol will not be allowed. "BYOB" will be allowed in most areas of the festival grounds. Guests are limited to one case of beer or bag of wine and one liter of liquor per person. NO GLASS!!

Food
We will have a variety of local food vendors. That will have a great selection of food and offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Not Camping?
If you are local or staying at any surrounding lodging options. A day lot will be available near the entrance. Guests parking in the day lot must still purchase a car pass.

Weather
Big Fam will be happening rain or shine please pack accordingly.
 
Water
We will have multiple water refill stations, Please bring a reusable water bottle or hydration pack. We will also have water bottles for sale.
      - Remember to always stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.

Keep our home clean
We are so excited to be able to share beautiful Liberty Mountain with you. Please do your part to leave no trace. 
       - Bring enough trash bags to take care of your own waste
​       - Always have 2 bags at your camp one for landfill and one for recycling
       - Please avoid bringing excess disposable plastic such as cases of water bottles
       - Clean up your campsite before leaving

Harm Reduction
Medical staff will be available throughout the event. Your safety is our number one concern. Do not hesitate to visit the medical tent or get the attention of a safety team member if you need help!
 
When do I need to leave by?
All guest must leave the property by 12:00PM on Monday, September 5th.

Do I need a vehicle pass?
All Vehicles entering the property will need a pass.

Road Parking 
Anyone parked on a road will be ticketed and towed. This applies to any nearby road not on the property, and any road on property. This is for your safety, so in the event of an emergency, we are able to efficiently utilize the roadways.
